We are seeking a freelancer to assist with the publishing, optimisation, distribution, and growth of 8 podcast episodes per month.

Please note: Podcast audio/video editing and reels creation have already been completed. All final podcast files, artwork, and edited reels will be provided.

Scope of Services

Podcast Episode Optimisation

Positioning is critical to podcast discovery, audience growth, and long term brand visibility.

For each episode, we require:

• Creation of compelling, curiosity driven episode titles

• Show notes and episode summaries

Upload and distribute each episode across major podcast platforms, including:

Ensure all metadata is correctly completed and optimised, including:

• Podcast title

• Episode title

• Categories

• Descriptions

• Keywords

• Tags

• Artwork

YouTube Upload & Optimisation

YouTube is a key growth platform and an important part of our content strategy.

For each episode:

• Upload full podcast episode to YouTube

• Create a high impact thumbnail designed to maximise clicks and engagement

• SEO optimised YouTube title

• SEO optimised description

• Keyword and tag optimisation

• Add chapter markers and timestamps

• Add end screens

• Add cards where appropriate

• Add to relevant playlists

• Optimise for watch time and discoverability

Shorts & Reel Distribution

Edited reels and short form content will be provided.

Upload and optimise supplied content across:

• YouTube Shorts

• Instagram Reels

• Facebook Reels

• LinkedIn Video (if suitable)

For each reel:

• Write captions

• Optimise hashtags

• Create SEO friendly titles where applicable

• Schedule content for publishing
