I’ve already gone through the “permanently delete” workflow on the Google My Business website for a single-location profile, yet the listing is still live on Search and Maps. After I clicked the option labelled “delete Google My Business,” nothing definitively confirmed the removal and no error appeared, so I’m unsure whether the request actually processed or is simply stuck in Google’s system.
What I need is straightforward: the profile must disappear entirely from public view and from my Google account dashboard. I’m looking for someone who knows the ins-and-outs of Google Business Profile support, data retention timelines, and any back-channel or escalation steps required to force a full removal.
