ON-PAGE SEO for Wordpress Site *No Placeholder bids*

We are in the middle of developing our Wordpress Website. Currently we have about 5-6 pages ready and about another 80 that will be added in the upcoming weeks.
This is not a project for ranking. This is for the complete setup to make sure we have the best rolls and setup for our site.
AFTER this is done, another project will be posted for ranking.
We are looking for someone to help:
1. Assess our current site in order not to lose ranking with our new site.
2. Assess our keywords to see if we are using the best words possible.
3. Do all the onsite SEO work.
4. Suggest Wordpress Plugin to help with SEO and Ranking.
