Organic SEO Specialist for e-comm site

We are looking for someone that can boost our organic search presence. Our ecommerce website has been around since 2001. Each year it seems we lose more and more organic presence and rely more on PPC to gain our customers. We are in a niche business of pet/home and garden/landscape.
We are looking for someone preferably a team that can look over our site and provide a true plan of action with full service search engine optimization using white hat ways to boost us as quickly as possible. I know that SEO can be slow but we are entering our busy season and would like to capture as much as we can while also propelling our site towards future growth. We need to increase our 1st page ranking on Google and other high traffic search engines. While looking at our Google search console and evaluating our site through sites we have found that our organic traffic is only about 100 clicks per day. Our competitors are seeing 4-20 times that. Our average placement on Google 28th position. We need to find ways to take traffic from our competition. Many of our competitors are not having to ppc and yet able to survive on organic alone. Help us flip the tables.
This team will be required to review store and find all possible ways to boost our traffic via link building, website tasks, landing pages, blogs as well as all and everything possible in your tool box.
