Optimize website SEO and email drip campaign

I'm the owner of a laboratory services start-up. I have put together a WordPress website (hosted by BlueHost) with online shop. I'm looking to increase targeted traffic through SEO research and optimization. I would also like to look at implementing an email drip campaign to our enlisted client base. We've used MailChimp for a few active campaigns but are option to other potential options.
We predominately serve the Controlled Environment Agriculture industry (CEA) including hydroponic leafy greens and indoor cannabis operations. Our services are focused around molecular testing methods (qPCR, gene sequencing, NextGen sequencing, immunological/antigen testing) and general chemical analysis (water, soil, fertilizer constituents). Our clients include a wide range from enterprise corporations to individual hobbyists.
Our most popular testing services include; cannabis sex/gender identification, pathogen detection (hops latent viroid, fusarium, aspergillus, phytophthora) and water, soil and plant tissue nutrient (chemical) analysis.
