Optimising and growing newly created youtube channel

I have a newly created youtube channel that I would like to grow and maintain as a hobby. I’m not very good at optimising it and I am currently not getting many hits so would like for someone to set it up in the best optimised way and help in growing it views/likes/subscribers.
The likes should be from real people. I am not interested in big numbers however the engagement must be real.
If a bot is used or you use a dodgy method to achieve this, I shall leave an appropriate review so please only serious bidders.
