Opencart optimization - SEO, hosting and UX

We are looking for an experienced OpenCart developer/SEO specialist to optimize an existing Slovenian e-commerce store.
The store is built on OpenCart 3.0.2.0 and needs improvements in three main areas:
Technical SEO
Review and improve category/product page structure
Fix H1/H2/H3 structure issues
Improve meta titles, meta descriptions and URL structure where needed
Check canonical tags, indexability, duplicate content and sitemap
Improve image alt tags
Review structured data/schema markup
Identify and fix SEO issues that may be causing traffic drops
Hosting and performance optimization
Analyze current hosting/server performance
Improve Core Web Vitals where possible
Optimize page speed, caching, compression and image loading
Check OpenCart extensions/modules that may slow down the site
Recommend or implement server-side improvements
Ensure stable performance on mobile and desktop
UX and conversion improvements
Review homepage, category pages, product pages and checkout
Identify UX problems that reduce conversions
Improve mobile usability
Improve navigation, filtering and product presentation
Suggest and implement best practices for e-commerce usability
Important requirement
Slovenian language is mandatory.
The freelancer must understand Slovenian well enough to review page content, SEO texts, category names, product labels, checkout wording and customer-facing messages.
Expected deliverables
