Onpage optimisation Weebly and Wordpress

I'm looking for someone to assist me with the on-page optimisation of 2 websites I manage. One is in Weebly and the other is in Wordpress.
I need to make a series of on-page optimisation like keywords, tags, sitemaps, pagespeed loading time, and many others.
To start-off the project is for on-page optimisation but we might keep on working on both website for other SEO tasks on a monthly basis. It all depend on the work and the results we get out of it.
