OUTREACH | Lead Generation Specialist

Mind.Map.Alpha is seeking dedicated and proficient outreachers to join our team on a long-term basis. Our company specializes in providing top-notch services in web development, SEO optimization, graphic design, copywriting, and UI/UX design. We need proactive individuals who can help us reach potential clients and secure projects through direct messaging on various platforms.

**Requirements:**

- Must be based in India, Pakistan, or Nigeria with excellent English skills.
- Availability from 9 AM to 6 PM daily in Dubai Time Zone (GMT+4).
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage potential clients professionally.
- Previous experience in outreach or sales is a plus.
- Must have a PayPal account for receiving payments.

**Responsibilities:**

- Identify potential clients and initiate conversations through direct messaging on social media and other platforms.
- Promote Mind.Map.Alpha’s services and explain their benefits to potential clients.
- DM hundreds of clients daily to secure projects and follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions.

**Payment Structure:**

- Commission-based payment: Earn up to $5 per secured project, with commissions decreasing progressively for different services:
- $5 for Web Development projects
- $4 for SEO Optimization projects
- $3 for Graphic Design projects
- $2 for Copywriting projects
- $1 for UI/UX Design projects
