I am looking for a Iceland/ Liechtenstein /Norway SEO company interested in joining me on a journey to build an SEO SaaS (PBN related)

What I need?
A legal entity partner (company) located in this countries Norway that will:
1.Be interested to join me to acces this funding
2.Test a SEO SaaS software platform on PBNs Management
About the project :
The PBN Manager I am planning to build is something new in the SEO industry. Parts of it may alrerady been adressed by other companies but not in this complete way . I am planning everything from : 1. domain sourcing. 2 Cloud Hosting with randomized Ips etc 3. AI Content based on some APIs 4. Tracking internal/ external links from it / Dashboard / Analytics

I have been working in the SEO Industry for 13 years, my focus with most of my customers were to build there PBN from scratch. Right now Companies with billions are tracking all this in Google sheets for example, but it is an insane process to have all passwords, logins, content etc in sheets/docs . This SaaS will help companies either SEO Agencies or In house SEO teams to create and easly maintan their PBN.
