Need help with improving my website and SEO services

I have developed a website and now I am looking for someone to help me upgrade and promote it. I'm basically looking for someone that can upgrade my website (if they feel that it is necessary) and I need someone that understands digital advertising and SEO to help market the website on search engines like Google, Microsoft Edge, and any other search engine the person recommends.

I only speak English so I need someone that speaks English. Also, it would be a plus if the person is bilingual and can speak Spanish.
