Project Overview
I have a mortgage website that has already been built using Laravel.
The page structure and layout are complete. I am now looking for a professional who can improve the visual presentation and content quality of the site.
The main tasks involve:
Improving visual branding
Creating custom graphics and images
Migrating and improving loan product content from my existing website
Optimizing the content for SEO
The goal is to create a professional, modern mortgage website that clearly explains different loan products and generates leads.
Scope of Work
The project will involve the following tasks:
1. Visual Branding
Improve or refine logo if needed
Establish consistent visual style
Create icons for loan products (FHA, VA, Jumbo, DSCR, etc.)
Create visual graphics explaining mortgage concepts
2. Content Migration
Content currently exists on my website:

This content needs to be:
reviewed
improved
Rewritten for SEO
migrated to the new Laravel site
3. Mortgage Visual Content
Create graphics such as:
Loan process diagrams
Mortgage payment breakdown graphics
Qualification requirement visuals
Comparison charts between loan types
4. SEO Optimization
Optimize all pages for search engines including:
keyword structure
headings
internal linking
meta descriptions
FAQ sections
Ideal Candidate
The ideal freelancer should have experience with:
