Monthly SEO campaign including on page and off page SEO, backlinks, Facebook and Twitter marketing, content writing to boost Google ranking

I need to increase my google ranking and get hits and indexing for high value keywords relevant to my business. I am not looking to spend on google ads. I need someone to manage the social media accounts of my business, grow followers, post information about my business and service offering, various business related updates... create backlinks and overall do legit things required to get my website ranked.
