Looking for a Web Designer & SEO Specialist

I'm looking for someone who can handle both web design and local SEO for ongoing projects focused on contractors and small businesses. The first project is for a millwork company, with more jobs to follow.

You should be confident in customizing WordPress websites, have a strong eye for design, and be proactive in creating results-driven SEO strategies.

Web Design Work
Build up to 5 custom pages (Home, Services, About, etc.)

Customize using WordPress (themes, builders, blocks — depending on the project)

Ensure designs are clean, mobile-friendly, and conversion-optimized

Include calls-to-action and contact forms/buttons

Structure the site to be expandable in the future

Handle domain setup, hosting migration, and basic maintenance

Provide suggestions for improvements when needed

SEO Tasks
Publish weekly blog posts (original and relevant)

Build 10 quality backlinks per month

Create 2 new service-based SEO pages/month

Manage and post weekly on the Google Business Profile

Perform deep on-page SEO tuning and technical fixes

Plan and research keywords, and analyze top competitors
