I need a modern, clean WordPress site that presents my business succinctly and professionally. The build revolves around three core pages—About Us, Services, and Contact—laid out in a way that is easy for visitors to navigate and simple for me to expand later.

The visual style must feel fresh and contemporary: generous white space, crisp typography, consistent colour palette, and full responsiveness across mobile, tablet, and desktop. If you have a favourite lightweight theme such as Astra, Kadence, or GeneratePress, feel free to start there and tailor it to match my branding; otherwise, propose a comparable option that achieves the same modern look.
Functionality
On-page SEO fundamentals, fast loading times, and rock-solid security are essential. A straightforward contact form (WPForms or Contact Form 7) should route messages directly to my inbox, and the back-end editor—Gutenberg or Elementor—is to remain uncluttered so I can update copy or images without touching code. Please configure basic hardening plugins and automated backups before hand-off.
