Medical Tourism Guest Sourcing -- 2
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I operate a set of fully-serviced apartments in India that cater specifically to international medical travellers. To keep occupancy high, I need someone already plugged into the medical tourism ecosystem—ideally a professional who routinely works with international medical travel agencies and understands how to turn that relationship into steady bookings.
Scope of work
• Attract and secure guests who are travelling for treatment, along with their accompanying family members.
• Leverage three primary channels I’ve identified: online medical tourism forums, direct partnerships with hospitals, and targeted social-media outreach.
• Coordinate the guest journey from first enquiry through confirmed check-in, ensuring a seamless hand-off to my on-site team.
What success looks like
– A reliable monthly pipeline of qualified leads from the agreed channels.
– Documented conversations or MoUs with at least two hospital partners within the first six weeks.
– Transparent weekly reports showing leads generated, status, and conversions.
If you’re India-based, already collaborate with overseas medical travel agencies, and can hit the ground running on these channels, let’s talk.
