Match my competitor's topical backlinks

I want my landing page for WordPress maintenance services to rank on page 1 of Google Australia.

My page was ranking #14 on Google Australia for "WordPress help" on April 13th 2023.

Today it is ranking #63 on Google Australia for "WordPress help".

My competitor ranks #5 on Google Australia for "WordPress help". The websites in #1 - #4 are official WordPress URLs.

I have a list of 75 URLs that my main competitor has backlinks on.

I'd like you to build 75 links from the same URL if possible, if not, from an equivalent URL on a website with:
- a topic based around WordPress or websites
- with an average domain authority of 25
- with an average page authority of 25
