Hi my name is Andrew and I’m the C.E.O of a new innovative startup company in Japan that mixes Entertainment with Digital services and Influencer marketing.
We are currently looking for a marketing specialist who is capable of being a team player and is willing to be part of the start up team as part of the board of directors meaning you won’t just be a free lancer.
For this sake we are looking for someone who sees our vision and is not looking at the short term projects fees or salary but someone who is looking at pay-per-success model which we will be giving more than 10% of all sales made through marketing.
Another plus side is we will also be doing direct sales marketing to Japan companies for you to earn money while working with us as well which will be more than $8,000 per project so the pay per success model is just temporary for us until it starts.
