I have a backlog of 2,000 items that must be entered manually into Jumia Seller Center. The catalogue spans every major category—electronics, clothing, home goods and anything else the marketplace accepts—so you should be comfortable navigating Jumia’s attribute sets for a wide range of products.
What I will hand over:
• A spreadsheet containing the product names and accurate pricing for all 2,000 SKUs.
What you will still need to supply:
• Clear, keyword-rich descriptions that meet Jumia’s content rules
• High-quality images (sourced legally or edited from existing supplier material)
• Any missing specifications and variation data required to make each listing fully compliant and ready for approval
Scope of work
1. Create each listing manually inside Jumia Seller Center—no bulk CSV uploads.
2. Map every product to the correct category and attributes so it shows up properly in search and filters.
3. Optimise the title, highlights and description for SEO within Jumia while keeping wording shopper-friendly.
4. Set inventory to “in stock” and assign the exact prices provided.
5. Submit the catalogue for Jumia’s QC; if any listing is rejected, revise it until approved.
Acceptance criteria
• 2,000 live listings visible on the storefront, matching the given names and prices.
• Zero policy violations or inactive SKUs at hand-over.
• A final export of the product list (SKU, URL) for quick auditing.
