Managing the on Page and Off Page SEO on the monthly basis

We are looking for a company who can build and manage the SEO channel of our marketing including the on page and off page sections. they are responsible to do all the steps necessary to build our ranking through link building and all other tools available for a complete long term plan SEO. The candidate will report on the weekly basis on the projects they have done including the links and everything else they have built during the week.
