MAGENTO 1 - On-Page SEO - Resolve SEMRush Reported Issues

We have a few ON-Page issues that SEMRush has reported on our Magento 1 store

We are looking for someone who understands ON-Page SEO at an advanced level & who can also implement the changes required into Magento 1.
You MUST know how to optimise JS & CSS (Not just using an extension to apply minification)
We would prefer to work with someone who understands Interlinking, text -HTML ratio along with how to write compelling sales pitch focused SEO content.

This is an overview from SEMRush:

1. aggregateRating or offers or review - A value for the aggregateRating or offers or review field is required.
2. 31 links on this page have no anchor text
3. 25 resources are formatted as page link
4. 15 pages have only one incoming internal link
5. 12 pages have more than one H1 tag
6. 62 issues with unminified JavaScript and CSS files
7. 24 pages have low text-HTML ratio
8. 9 pages have duplicate H1 and title tags
9. 6 pages have too much text within the title tags
10. 2 pages don't have an h1 heading
11. 1 page has a low word count


There are also some issues mentioned in Search Console that we would like to work through.
