Looking for a talented and experienced SEO expert to join a start-up project

A lead-generator start-up company is seeking to hire its head of SEO. The project is focusing in the US market within the online gambling industry and consist of creating websites that will generate new leads to online gambling operators licensed in the US. Candidate could potentially acquire shares of the company on the long run.

This person will be fully in charge of the SEO of all our websites with the ultimate goal to increase frastically our ranking for the most relevant keywords. The main taks will be :
- Defining and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies on short / mid / long term together with the Board
- SEO-Optimizing of the content of each of our websites (on-site and off-site)
- Create necessary content to target specific keyword
- Work on backlinks
- be constantly updated on SEO best practices

Profil:
- at least 10 years of experience as a SEO expert, ideally in the online gambling industry
- Very well organized, leadership mindset, great analytics skills
- Ideally this person would have a technical experience in setting up and maintaining WordPress based websites, where we publish our main content.
- Ready to fully commit on the long run.


Package:
Fix + bonus on results + acquisition of share will be possible, depending on commitment
