Looking for someone to fix some issues on my website/backend with a Larivell custom system -- 2

I had fixed a few things in the past and code got reverted. Need to fix #1 inventory system, #2 Fix invoice and purchase order system. #3 fix the Task System. #4 Need to remove a shopping cart system on the front page(I no longer use it) #5 Need to add a META tags. #6 Front page small cometic *** The systems is Already built, just need someone is can fix things correctly.Many developers have worked on this and messed it. This why I Need someone who is proficient in Larivell. Must speak english as it's too complicated for me personally to explain in text. The tasks were all fixed previously but got reverted when an issue happened. I would need you to take a backup of the code prior, and after all fixed to erase this old backups from Cpanel. You MUST be able to fix previous developers mistakes so you MUST be proficient. **Also must stay on budget.
