This position is for an SEO/SEM expert.
Problem statement : We've being doing SEO for a couple of years and while we rank for certain keywords on the first page, there's no conversion and traffic. We'd like an expert in this field to review our site, do a thorough analysis and come up with a plan to not only rank but to also generate organic traffic to our website that will eventually convert. There's no point generating tons of traffic if it doesn't lead to conversion. Also along the way, I'd like to be trained and mentored throughout the optimization process.
