Looking for SEO and Digital Marketing expert

I am looking for a seasoned SEO and digital marketing professional to work on my news aggregator website (https://habre.news/) which is built on WordPress. The ideal candidate must be highly responsive and able to handle all aspects of SEO including onpage and offpage optimization, technical analysis, Google Analytics and PPC advertising, email marketing, audience building, retargeting, and providing monthly reports on clicks, visitors, most viewed pages, and working towards increasing website ranking and driving traffic. My monthly budget for this project is $1500.
