Long-Term SEO Expert for Website Optimization 101724

We are seeking a dedicated SEO expert for a long-term position to optimize and manage our financial services website. The ideal candidate will use one or more of the top SEO platforms (such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) to enhance our search rankings, boost organic traffic, and implement SEO best practices. This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week, with work tracked via Hubstaff.

MAX PAY: $3 per hour
Pay day is the third Wednesday of each month. Our next pay days are 11/20, 12/17, and 01/15
Hours: 20 hours per week
Work Tracking: Via Hubstaff

Responsibilities:
- Conduct an in-depth SEO audit using industry-leading tools
- Optimize on-page SEO elements (meta tags, keyword placement, site speed, mobile responsiveness)
- Perform keyword research and implement effective targeting strategies
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink building
- Monitor performance and traffic trends using Google Analytics and other SEO tools
- Provide regular reports on SEO progress and results

Requirements:
- Proven SEO experience with strong results in past projects
- Expertise in SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar
- Deep understanding of Google’s ranking factors and SEO best practices
- Ability to work independently and report progress effectively
- Strong communication skills and experience with tracking tools (Hubstaff)
