1. Must do keyword analysis
2. Competitor analysis
3. Set up GMB
4. Perform competitor analysis and KW research
5. Setup monitoring tools (GA, GSC, GTM, SEmrush/Ahrefs)
6. Content planning (KW optimization)
7. Off-page SEO (finding high DA sites to link to and building actual links)
