Local SEO, Organic SEO, National SEO, Worldwide SEO, NEED AN EXPERT

I own a company called: Shop Makarios - https://www.shopmakarios.com - Our traffic has dropped over 40% from last year.
I built the entire website by myself and everything you see including the products and manufacturing
/ shipping of them. I have a staff myself and can tackle many things like - New blog posts, new
landing pages, local directory landing pages for all states / cities to increase local SEO and back
to our national brand that ships free throughout the entire USA.
I need some help on "Quick fixes", that I do not have the time to get into or the knowledge of that
compared to a talented expert. (hopefully you). I realize and also understand we need to break things
down for a medium & long term strategy as well to do this the right way. I am in agreement to that. I
need a hard worker and my team will also work hard at the requests you give us to carry out the
mission.
I am looking for an absolute SEO & Growth hacker, A serious focus and knowledge of organic traffic.
(Paid ads knowledge is a must as well). I really need someone that knows more than myself and has
tactics and strategies that are of expert level work.
I also have two retail locations and they are suffering from a lack of traffic and sales as well.

2) How you can help in the near, middle, and far future specific to what you discovered

found and how you can help would make much more confident in who I am going to hire, as I seen this
from others I hired in the past and it was very helpful.
4) Give me your sales pitch with specific details to my issue - specific to the need of what needs to
be done to turn traffic up aggressively
5) The cost for this project - What do you really need per week / month and for how long until you
seeing after enough consulting and rebuilding our team could take over and keep it running well.
Perhaps after a certain point we could just meet quarterly as an update from you or what ever you
suggest.
We want to grow and be with an expert. We have the funds to do so and are ready to work with someone
