Local SEO Manager - Strategy, Implementation, Monitoring

I'm an agency owner with approximately 15 local SEO accounts currently being managed by an overseas agency. I've grown unhappy with this agency as they tend to grow complacent over time.
I'd like to work with someone that could perform the following tasks;
- Periodically jump on Zoom calls with clients
- Keyword research and SEO strategy development
- Onsite SEO
- Offsite SEO
- Monitor keyword rankings and adjust SEO tasks as needed to improve poor-performing keywords
This project would begin with managing my own agency's onsite/offsite SEO. If all goes well, we'll slowly transition all accounts from the overseas agency to you.
I would require a video interview before hiring.
