Must be expert not spoofer so unless you can provide in-dept reports of work done, use tools like local falcon(works in Ireland as some tools don't show keyword rankings in area). Create before and after for each keyword monthly.
Must be able to audit competitors to find where they getting citations etc. Create a list of their backlinks that we can use both on GMB SEO and also for general backlinks for organic.
Must understand below and send proof of previous audit done or work examples. Do not apply if you some basic knowledge of creating few backlinks on to GMB
Must understand local citations and directory stacks with EXIF image properties. High post frequency and massive review aggregation program(we will work with you and our IT to build review program to match what we need from our sales customers).
Local directory listings, ideally through some tool that works in Ireland as we have SEMrush account but of course their SEO local tool doesn't work in Ireland. As we need linking those back to pages on site and local GMB site loops.
So the EXIF data matching the nodes geo, plus keywords in the EXIF.
