Local SEO and Google Ads for a cleaning Franchise in Australia

I need a company/person who is able to manage both services. It must have strong English communication skills, as this will affect the quality of the Ads. It should be able to do everything needed for an effective Google Ads campaign, including creating the required images. The idea is to keep using these services in a monthly basis as long as we can see good results. If needed, I can post 2 projects do deal with the 2 services separately, but, I want both to be done with the same company. I seek a company that has great and equal expertise in SEO (on-site and off-site) and Google Ads. Our communication can de done is Portuguese or English.
