Link building expert needed for my Saas Website

Do you have lots of sites which accept link insertion in theri existing blogs or articles? I'm looking for someone who can do this work for me. I have 10+ websites, and it's a long-term work, I hope to keep a long-term relationship with you! My site requirement is DR 40+, traffic 3k+, permanent dofollow links, Tech/Saas/News niche.
