Lead Generation and Conversion -- 2

I am in need of a freelancer to assist me with lead generation and conversion in the stock market industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in this field and be able to provide a detailed project proposal outlining their approach. The main goal for this project is to increase sales, so experience in sales conversion is required. I will be sharing a link of upstox which is mapped with me. So you have to find leads and have their upstox account registered with my link. Upon successful conversion of lead I will pay the money. I will be paying 300 for every successful lead converted/person referred on upstox. I am in need of 3-5 person to get converted.
