Launching and running an SM agency

I'm currently launching a digital marketing agency and looking for a personal assistant (Philipina female preferred) content creator/web developer to set up my website.
This involves having high SEO + web development + Project Management skills.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
1. Finalizing the website design/ set up (who we are, what we offer, testimonials, contact..etc)
2. Searching low competition + high traffic keywords in our niche
3. Writing content and promoting the website using SEO techniques
4. Managing the production line/coordination between different team members and making sure we deliver the best service to our customer
5. Reviewing the finished product and making the necessary adjustments before delivery
6 Attending meetings / online conferences with customers, communicating effectively, projecting budgets .. etc
This is a long term partnership and could be a permanent position if the candidate shows dedication in reaching the KPIs
