Keywords Titles and Descriptions for Ecommerce Products

I'm looking for an experience person to create titles, descriptions and do keyword research for our ecommerce products. We design and print shirts. We list about 20 shirts per week and we'll be paying $5 per product. Each item requires a keyword rich title, 13 keywords and 5 bullet points that are about 10 words each.
