Keyword Research Expert

My project is in need of a keyword research expert to help me target the most effective keywords for my organic search.
I already have some ideas of the types of keywords I need someone to bring those ideas to life.
I anticipate needing the help of an expert to spend 1-2 hours conducting keyword research and will be an ongoing project for the right person.
This research should help create a strategy that would effectively target the right keywords to maximize the reach and effectiveness of my organic search engine optimization efforts.
Lastly, the keyword researcher should have access to a few paid tools and should be able to use common sense + keyword research tools to identify keywords for our website.
