Junior/Mid-Level WordPress Developer & Web Designer (SEO Knowledge a Plus)

We are a growing digital agency based in Belgium, currently operating with a talented team of 10 people. We are expanding our operations and looking to attract ambitious individuals who want to scale and grow alongside our company.
The Role
We are looking for a driven, junior-to-mid-level WordPress Developer and Designer. You will be responsible for creating fresh, modern websites and handling content generation (often utilizing competitor formats as a framework).
Because we often transition these projects into ongoing SEO services, having a solid understanding of SEO is a huge plus. This includes knowing how to structure pillar pages and child pages around specific target keywords.
Compensation & GrowthStarting Rate:
$4 - $8 USD per hour (Depending on experience).
Growth Potential: Your salary will grow as you prove your skills, with the potential to reach up to $10 USD/hour.
Consistent Work: We provide project-based work month after month. As you deliver strong results, we will assign you more projects and responsibilities.
