Joined venture to scale-up profitable blog

I am looking for a skilled person to join my venture and help me scale-up my profitable blog. You will take a profitable blog with more than 25.000 monthly visitors, scale it up and at least double the revenues. In return you will get 100% of the added revenue during the first year and a bonus of 1000 USD at the end of month 12 if you have succeeded to at least double the revenue.

Required experience:
- Content creation and optimization to attract more traffic to the blog.
- Advertising strategies to monetize the blog effectively.
- Sponsored blogs and content to montetize and increase traffic.
- Other strategies for blog monetization, such as e.g. affiliate marketing etc. is a nice to.
- Experience in targeting industry professionals as the primary audience.
- Experience in working independently with high mandate and trust.

- Current monthly traffic: more than 25,000 visitors whereof a large piece from US
- Current revenue of approx 100 USD / month generated only through Googla AdSense
- Main monetization strategy at the moment: Advertising, but you will need to design the strategy
- Target audience: Industry professionals (Public Education and Corporate training, learning & development)

Compensation:
- You get 100% of a all added revenue
- You get a bonus of 1.000 USD by end of M12 if you have doubled the R12 revenue.
