Japanese Paid Links , No basic links (Hetena, Plaza , rakuten)

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project, which involves placing paid links on high-quality Japanese websites. The ideal candidate will have experience in link building and be familiar with the Japanese market. It must be safe, and great website that I can get paid links to. It is outreach, link insertion and etc, not normal linkbuilding.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Japanese language and understanding of Japanese culture
- Experience in link building and SEO
- Knowledge of Japanese websites and their domain authorities
- Familiarity with keyword research and niche relevance
- Ability to negotiate and secure placements on high DA websites with minimum DA 60

Requirements:
- Placement duration: 1 month
- Links should be placed on websites with minimum DA 60
- Links should be niche relevant to ensure maximum effectiveness
- No basic links (Hetena, Plaza, Rakuten)

Budget:
- The budget for this project is in the range of $50-$70
