Instagram consultant and marketer

I am interested in hiring an agency / consultant / freelancer to help me develop and grow my own brand. I’ll need support in both, the strategic work around identifying the niche I want to be known for (there are a few options) and also with the mechanics behind it.
I am an insta dinosaur so will need dedicated support in building out my own personalized brand, developing the content and building out my social media profile.
