Improve Google indexing, and lighthouse speed scores for my react.js/next.js website

I am looking for a skilled developer to improve the Google indexing and Lighthouse speed/performance scores for my react.js/next.js website.

Requirements:
- Experience with react.js/next.js and optimizing website performance
- Knowledge of SEO best practices specific to react/next.js
- Familiarity with Google indexing and Lighthouse speed scores

Goals:
- Increase Google indexing. (Some of my pages are not being indexed for various reasons)
- Improve Lighthouse speed score to above 70
