We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CMS developer / technical SEO migration specialist to assist with a website migration project.
This is the long-term opportunity. If you successfully complete this assignment, you will be able to continue working with us.

This initial contract covers two priority deliverables. If successful, this may extend into a full HubSpot CMS migration project.

Scope of Work (Phase 1 – Immediate Deliverables)
1. Screaming Frog Crawl + Data Extraction

Perform full crawl of existing website

Extract:

All indexed URLs
Meta titles
Meta descriptions
H1 and H2 headers
Status codes

Clean and structure data in a professional Excel/Google Sheet
Identify crawl issues if present

Note: You must have access to a paid Screaming Frog license (no 500 URL limit).

2. Redirect Mapping + URL Structure Planning

Create a 301 redirect mapping spreadsheet (old URL → new URL)
Propose optimized URL structure for new HubSpot CMS site
Ensure SEO preservation and clean hierarchy
Flag any duplicate, thin, or unnecessary URLs

Requirements

Proven experience with HubSpot CMS migrations
Strong technical SEO knowledge
Experience with Screaming Frog (paid version)
Ability to build structured redirect documentation
Strong Excel / Google Sheets formatting skills
Clear English communication

Deliverables

Clean crawl spreadsheet (fully structured)
SEO metadata extraction sheet
301 redirect mapping sheet
URL structure recommendation document

Timeline

Must be completed within 2–3 days from project start.
