Hreflang problem on three domains

As you can see in the screenshot, there is an hreflang issue on our Dutch (.nl) webshop. We also operate German (.de) and Belgian (.be) versions of the site, but we do not see similar issues there according to Ahrefs.
Ahrefs currently reports 450 hreflang-related URL issues for the .nl webshop. We would appreciate a detailed explanation of how to resolve this, including the corrected HTML that needs to be implemented.
Additionally, we would like you to verify whether the hreflang implementation on the .de and .be webshops is correctly set up. If there are any issues, please also provide the necessary corrections for those versions.
