Hiring Support Person for SEO Company

SerpNames LLC is looking to onboard a client support person for full-time.
It's a work-from-home and long-term job.
What do we do?
SerpNames LLC sells aged domains. Our clients build websites on aged domains for SEO to rank faster on Google.
What are we looking for?
1. Empathetic personality (most important).
2. Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication.
3. Basic SEO knowledge and domains. Or at least able to understand what we do.
Your main responsbilities:
1. Provide post-sale support like transferring domains to clients' accounts.
2. Collaborate with the developer and resolve clients' issues.
3. Every client is genuinely happy with our service. Go out of your way to help them.
