Help with SEO for our shopify store (UNIQUE NICHE IN FRENCH!)

I am seeking a SEO expert that will be able to do ALL seo on our SHOPIFy store, we have only 6 products which are all guides in pdf formats.
All of our sales come from Facebook Ads, we want to start to get sells from Google. We are a unique community and a unique niche in french, in our province of Quebec.
We need help to make sure google start sending us natural traffic. our website exist since over 2 years now but we never get any sell from google or other search engine.
-seo expert must understand french, or how to do perfect SEO work in french.
