Help with Google AI - SEO - Pushing down bad and pushing up the good / Reddit Related

I am looking for an SEO guru to help with how the Google AI displays results. For example ' How are the reviews for XYZ company?' and this company does have really good reviews, however a few popular reddit threads are causing the Google AI to make this company have bad reviews.
Hoping someone can help - and I think it is tied to Reddit. See attached - this project is to solve this ONE phrase - and ensure that the company doesnt appear as a scam in Google AI results, they are not a scam.
This is a short term one time project but could be a long term one - as I run a web marketing agency in FL, USA, and there are other phrases you could help fix.
