Help me rank website on google search

I have a website for vertical listings specialized in automotives, my audience is in North Africa primarily Arabic and French language.
All the meta tags are correctly codded, though we might consider Schema Markup.
I want someone with a lot of real life experience (I can google stuff myself, no need to hire someone for that).
Obviously, those with proven track of success are considered first.
