Help us gather and monitor information from websites -- 2

We, a sector specifc consultancy from Germany, would like to gather specific information from websites, and list, categorize and present the data in a format we can work with like .xlsx. The project includes searching for a specific combination of few keywords on atleast 100 different websites, what makes typical webcrawling in our view complicated. An additional plus would be presenting a finished product we can work with ourselves.
Since we are not experienced in coding, we are looking for a freelancer that communicates effectively possibilities but also limitations. We are open to suggestions and ideas, long term partnerships and repeating projects.
