In the short term, set up performance tracker with initial performance as benchmark
Within 4-6months, successfully feature the increase of organic ranking and organic traffic month on month, with aim to surpass competition
Within 8 months, surpass competition
Initial Deliverables:
- Be the main SEO point of contact for SEO queries and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to get information
- Ensure we have tracking in place (GA, Google search console)
- Build a performance tracker to monitor performance
- Conduct Research
- Provide ongoing SEO recommendations for Yara Digital or other sites/mobile apps depending on area of focus during that month
- Build ASO (app) / SEO (website) best practices documentation
- Flag other areas of consideration during research
