Grow in users

I'm currently working for https://menus.eco, a QR digital menu solution for restaurants and food trucks. I need a Digital Marketing Specialist that can help me grow in number of users. Some of the required skills are SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and CM (Community Management). The goal is getting new users to subscribe for the service. The chosen candidate will be compensated upon goal completion.
